1. Order Processing & Production

All prints are made to order. Production time is typically 2-3 business days before shipping.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship through Shopify’s integrated carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or similar).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product size, and chosen service.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

Canada: 7–14 business days

International Orders: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.
3. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees determined by your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with Artelo.io to provide a replacement or store credit. orders@montanachrome.com

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues when possible.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship prints worldwide, but certain oversized items may have limitations depending on your location.

Due to the size of the prints, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
