Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with montanachrome.com! We are committed to delivering high-quality fine art prints made-to-order through our print fulfillment partner. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing & Production

  • All prints are made to order. Production time is typically 2-3 business days before shipping. 

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We currently ship through Shopify’s integrated carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or similar).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product size, and chosen service.

  • Estimated delivery times (after production):

    • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

    • Canada: 7–14 business days

    • International Orders: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.


3. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees determined by your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with Artelo.io to provide a replacement or store credit. orders@montanachrome.com

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues when possible.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship prints worldwide, but certain oversized items may have limitations depending on your location.

  • Due to the size of the prints, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
